Structural Integrity of Transport Airplanes

The purpose of this research project is to support the structural integrity and continued airworthiness of transport aircraft structures through computational and experimental analyses. In particular, this project addresses three major research thrusts for the FAA: fatigue damage assessments, standards for data and methods, and emerging technologies.
